Developing better balance lowers the risks of falling. But how do you react if you do fall? We'll address both sides of balance and learn some basics falling strategies along with ways to create better balance. Appropriate for all levels of experience.


Soften Your Hips with Anne
Friday, April 25, 11am-1pm

Strong hips support your torso, but without flexibility these muscles can cause problems in the low back, knees, or ankles. Discover poses that will bring greater softness into the movement of the hips and aid your overall movement. Appropriate for all levels of experience.
